This spectacular 18 hole golf course is situated in one of the most beautiful enclaves on the Costa del Sol. From each hole you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, Africa and Gibraltar. The course is set around the magnificient 5 star Hotel Villa Padierna. At 5,907 meters long and a par of 72 it is a superb test of golf for players of all handicap levels. The course is always in excellent condition which makes it a pleasure to play regardless of your score. Flamingos has already hosted European P.G.A. tour events.

Opening at the end of October 2007 is the second Flamingos course, Gran Flamingos. This is a par 73 course measuring 6,600 metres and promises to be of the same high quality as the original Flamingos course.

This Championship golf course has already played host to three European Senior Tour events and it only opened in 2001. A testimony to the great layout, and first class condition it is always presented in. It offers a good but fair test to all levels of golfer, with many large bunkers strategically placed and lots of water hazards, the greens are large and very fast.

The view from most holes is quite fantastic and you get the feeling of maturity from the surrounding trees and plants. The club also has a short par 3 course and driving range. On site you will also find a fabulous 6 star hotel which offers exceptional cuisine.

The area of Los Flamingos is fast becoming a very sought after area and it is not hard to see why. It is located minutes from the beaches at Costalita and only a 10 minute drive from Marbella and Puerto Banus. A good selection of quality apartments and villas are available most are new as the area is still developing. Many of the developments offer discounts on the golf course. Membership is not available.
