One of the top courses in Europe if not the World, what else can we say. If you want a special day out then this is the course to play.
Voted the number one course in Europe by Golfing World, Valderrama enjoys lush green fairways and immaculate greens. The fairways are fairly flat and tree-lined, with elevated greens well protected bunkers - the 6th hole alone is surrounded by six! and water affects three holes - the 5th, 11th, and 17th.
As the venue for the prestigious World Cup in 1999 and 2000, and the Ryder Cup in 1997 and the Volvo Masters (1988-96 and 2002) Valderrama has seen the top golfers in the world on its fairways. Visitors can play from 12:00 midday to 2pm every day, but it is always best to book tee times for this course weeks in advance. The restaurant is open to visitors Thursday and Friday evenings, and Sunday lunch. Worth a look is the golfing museum of priceless golfing memorabilia.
The best, No 1 in Europe ! 18 hole par 72 designed by Robert Trent Jones. Truly a masterpiece, tree lined fairways, tiny undulating greens at the top end of the stimp meter. A true test for even the best players, in the world.

The Ryder Cup, 2 World Championships of golf, and a lot more to come. It will give you goose bumps just booking your tee time. Surrounded by top end properties including large individual villas and superb apartments within the mansion houses. Membership NOT Available.
