Set in the ‘Magic Triangle’ of superb golf courses in the Sotogrande area of the Costa del Sol. There are two 18 hole golf courses, The Old Course which is famous for hosting the European PGA qualifying school for many years and The New Course which is fast building a superb reputation. The Old Course is par 72 and measures 6134 metres off the yellow markers and was designed by Dave Thomas. It opened in 1990 and is a challenging course set in typically Andalucian countryside.
The home of Seve. Two 18 hole Championship courses. The old a par 72 designed by Dave Thomas. The new a par 72 designed by Severiano Ballesteros. Currently the courses are used for the European Tour School Qualifiers and for the next three years the Spanish Open.
Both courses would and should be in most player’s top 20 within Europe and Top 10 here in Spain.
A good test for even the best players with excellent layouts, both courses allow players to go through the whole bag. Superb condition all year round the whole set up oozes quality.
At 2.5% building density it is the lowest on the coast. A choice of villas, townhouses and apartments all designed and built to the highest standards. Property owners have discounted green fees and choice of membership. Many facilities on site such as two hotels, small shopping centre, equestrian centre, restaurants, and sports facilities coming soon, make it a very powerful package indeed.
