
With the advent of video over the internet, I was recently watching Vijay Singh´s workout with his personal trainer on a Florida beach and was pleasantly surprised to see a 43-year-old truly enjoying his workout with a continual smile on his face. His personal trainer obviously possessed the proper interpersonal skills to understand Vijay´s preferences and was masterful in his ability to motivate his client.
