Selecting the 18 finest holes in Southern Spain is no simple task. From over 50 magazine distribution points, and with over 1,000 holes to choose from we had to enforce some rules. We initially narrowed things down by asking the relevant directors of the clubs to nominate their three favourite holes from which our panelists could select. Only one hole from each course was allowed to be selected for the Dream 18, and each hole must remain in its original location on the course. The result is a demanding test of golf, and taking into consideration the limitations we put on the entrants, a superb reflection of the best that Southern Spain has to offer.
